Before working with BES
Short answers for
important decisions.
The points most often worth confirming before starting a conversation or submitting a project need.
Decision help
What you need to know.
Full details remain on the page that serves as their authoritative source.
What kinds of needs can BES help with?
BES supports engineering needs such as automation, custom business software, reporting, integration, and AI workflows. See the concise overview on Services.
Does my need have to be fully defined?
No. Describe the situation and goal in your own words; BES can help clarify the initial need through Contact.
How do I get started?
Start with Contact if you have a question or want to discuss an idea. If the project need is already clear enough, use Proposal.
How are scope and proposal determined?
Scope is shaped after the goals, needs, assumptions, and work boundaries are sufficiently understood. Submitting the Proposal form is not project approval or an automatic offer.
What happens if the scope changes?
Important changes are reviewed together because they may affect the approach, responsibilities, timing, or commercial context. Change decisions are made visible before work proceeds.
Is my information kept confidential?
BES uses submitted information to respond to or evaluate your need. Do not send credentials, secrets, or sensitive data through public forms; see the Privacy Policy.
What can I expect during delivery?
Outputs, responsibilities, reviews, and decisions follow the agreed scope. See the high-level working journey on Process.
Next step
Still unsure?
Start a conversation without preparing a technical specification. For a clear project need, open Proposal.
